Recheck the ebay label format selected. On the create label page look to the lower right where is shows the current format, if not correct click on Change.
There is now a 'scale' setting on the print page, which can be set below '100%'. That setting can be seen by scrolling down on the settings, finding 'scale', and manually changing it back to 100. We had the same problem, but the smaller printed labels still scan OK. Hope this helps.
