eBay is trying to upcharge me 2,247.19 for shipping charges. The item was 60#, not 832 they are sayi

This item was in standard garment moving box and is plastic. It was hand carried into the dropoff location. I consider myself fit, but I'm not capable of carrying a garmetbox weighing 832#. eBay told me to contact FedEx, FedEx told me they needed the account # associated with the shipment. I don't have any idea what the account # is?

I’m sorry that eBay told you to contact FedEx, that actually contradicts eBay‘s official instructions for that. Here’s what they say:

”FedEx and UPS disputes should be submitted to eBay Customer Service. We will work with the carrier on reviewing the disputed charges. If your dispute is approved, you’ll see a credit to your Payments account for the adjustment amount and you’ll also get an email from eBay letting you know that the dispute was approved.”
