EBAY INTERNATIONAL STANDARD DELIVERY ISSUE? WILL IT ALLOW ANYONE ELSE TO SHIP?
JUST REACHING OUT TO SEE IF ANYONE ELSE IS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH EBAY INTERNATIONAL STANDARD DELIVERY? ITS NOT ALLOWING US TO SELLECT THAT SHIPPING OPTION AND CREATE A LISTING WHICH IS WHAT WE USE? GIVES US AN ERROR SAYING:
It looks like there's a problem with this listing.
- This item isn't allowed to be shipped with eBay International Standard Delivery. Please select a different method of international shipping.{e103156-1222475x}
WE HAVE BEEN SHIPPING WITH THIS PROGRAM SINCE IT CAME OUT AND HAVE HAD ZERO PROBLEMS? EBAY SAYS OUR ACCOUNT IS CURRENT AND HAS NO RESTRICTIONS. THE ITEMS WE SELL AND IN THE CATAGORIES WE SELL IN SHOULDNT BE A PROBLEM.. AND EBAY CANNOT SEE WHY IT WONT ALLOW US TO USE THIS OPTION.. ANY HELP?

·3 years agoHi, I was having the same problem, and had a buyer on the line but wanted to go through eBay International shipping since it's cheaper. I figured out the problem. When you go in to list/revise your item, under the International Shipping Section, make sure that the toggle bar for "Add other shipping services" is toggled off. With that toggled off, directly under the "International Shipping" section header it should say "eBay International Shipping Simply ship the item to our domestic shipping hub and we’ll handle the rest - at no extra cost to you. More details" and then when you hit list/revise, now just eBay International Shipping comes up as an international option. Apparently you cannot offer any other international shipping option if you use the eBay International option, and even though the eBay International shipping is an option that you can select if that other shipping options tab is toggled on, and even if that's the only option you select under that other shipping options tab, it won't allow it to be listed with that bar toggled on. This is the only way I found to be able to offer this shipping service.
