ebay International shipping not working
I have International shipping option enabled but a buyer has wrote me that they cannot buy and get the message "Unfortunately, this seller won't ship this item to Lublin, Poland." I don't have any exclusions in account preferences. The item is https://www.ebay.com/itm/116586589432. Any advice?

OP1 year agoThank you all for the suggestions. I decided to handle the shipping myself and not use Ebay's program.

·1 year agoI saw this is shipped to USA only.
So, maybe International shipping option not enabled.
And the title : 'coinage'....AL might think it's coins...currency...money being mailed.
Just ideas and thoughts here.

·1 year agoBuyer is right. That item will not ship to anywhere except USA. You need to fix it, relist a new listing etc. You do have other items that will ship to other countries- this is not one of them.

·1 year agoSome items can't be shipped to certain countries. I had this happen to a car thermostat housing to Germany. Had to relist it in a non auto category and send the link to the buyer so they could buy it. So change yours to another category. Ebays search robot looks for items and rejects them, for no reason. Could also be rejecting it because of the Israel in the title?
