Ebay international shipping issue(s)?

I think i might have some information to help sellers experiencing problems here & there with trying to ship orders abroad. My orders were shipping to Denmark & Italy..both countries are eligible for the eBay international shipping..I shipped Germany & Canada last week with no issues..

I kept getting the red banner that said Denmark, Italy weren't covered when I tried purchasing the shipping labels even though they are. Frustration, Stress..the whole 9..

I really hope this helps anyone experiencing the same problems. What help me was turning (forced stop) off the app & use only the online site. I had to bypass the app..If you do not have a computer or laptop select the desktop site on your cell..

The problem with my orders were the customs form box just needed to be checked. Info not available on the app??After I clicked the box i was able to purchase the shipping labels..

Doing this bypassed the app that was causing my problems. I hope it helps..

You are correct that some shipping functions and services are not available through the app. The app is really intended for the casual/hobby seller and is not built for running a business.
