I took the address to the post office and they told me the address doesn't exist. I looked it up on google and there were many reports that the address is well known for scams. The address is 8 McCullough Dr. New Castle Delaware. Post office said there was no 8 McCullough Dr. at that zip code. Many reports on google for years from eBay sellers that have lost merchandise there.
