I contacted Ebay and they blame Fedex and asked me to contacted them but on the Fedex website it says the actual weight was 7 pounds and Ebay Label Section says 11 pounds on the label cost. WHAT A SCAM THIS IS.

·2 years agoYes it's a full-on scam and eBay is a knowing participant. They are profiting additional every time FedEx does this and approve of it since they still take the additional fee percentage out of the overcharge. It's a blatant scam. I recorded myself measuring the package weighing the package printing the label and then about a week later I got the notification from ebay that I was charged an additional $21 something by FedEx for dimensional weight.
I haven't heard back from eBay yet I let them know I have a recording on my phone and proof that they arre scamming but of course this is all handled by the back room fraud department that we the people who should be keeping ebay afloat cannot speak to since they are well aware of the fact that the company they represent is only surviving off of fraud like this but mostly all the return fraud they knowingly host and profit from. The same return fraud that PayPal wouldn't allow them to do and the reason ebay would not sign or renew the contract with the more ethical fortune 500 company PayPal with government oversight being a money lender that wouldn't allow them to blatantly break US and federal trade laws as ebay is and is currently surviving on.
Every time eBay scams contact the IC3 department with the FBI and make a report every time That's the only way the government will ever step up and smack eBay down as they should be. Yes eBay will go out of business they should have gone out of business over 10 years ago but who cares maybe the next company will learn from eBay's mistakes and try to run off of their company on Merritt and honest business instead of floundering in the sewer like eBay has for the past about 12 years now. For those of you that do not know for the last 10 years that PayPal was involved with eBay it was PayPal that kept eBay afloat eBay ran in the red 10 years straight. They are a very desperate company and take it out on us the only way they can scamming for more and more because they have failed miserably.
