eBay estimated arrival dates
eBay estimated arrival dates, I am truly sick to death of ebay giving customers estimated arrival dates which are always very keen. When contacted which I have done many times I get back that It's all down to the algorithm which is infuriating. Its allowing buyers to both think items are turning up quicker than they should (even though they are shown as estimates) as as soon as it goes to 'running behind' which it isn't they contact you or throw a case. I've had an agent check my postage policy and account and it is definitely setup as it should be it just isn't accounting for sometimes even up to 1-2-3 days of postage. They really need to look at handing over more control on this or not allowing buyers to raise item not received for a little bit more time.
Royal mail are utterly terrible too for not scanning items so the bull can just snowball.
Actually sick of nonsense both ebay/RM and buyers, really this is just a rant and a hope that it gets better cause its driving me off platform.

·10 months agoYears back many items did arrive before the given date. Now they have shortened the date and delivery is taking longer. Even fortune tellers don't predict when packages will arrive. Today's buyers want it yesterday and they have to be told something , even if it's just a guess.
