eBay delivery envelopes being returned to the seller with postage due
wondering if anyone else is having this problem? I do everything by the book & with the proper size & weight yet the PO returns it postage due...please help!!

·5 months agoAre you talking about ebay standard envelopes? If you are, the first thing is are they flexible enough to bend around a 10" drum? Nothing rigid, nothing moving around. No toploaders for cards. Penny sleeves only.
Also make sure your postage is on the envelope properly, trim the label if you must so that the postage is where you would put a stamp on the envelope. These are handled automatically, if you make a postal employee have to pick it up, you run a good chance of a non-machinable charge.
I've shipped thousands of these, once I got the hang of it I've had no problems.
