I hope someone can help me. We shipped around 50 packages on April 15th. USPS and our business have an agreement that the carriers always scan in our packages on site. Well the carrier that day didn't just threw our packages into his truck and left (verified on multiple cameras) The first scan on these packages was two days later in a completely different state. We notified management about this and they wrote an email to us documenting the fact these packages were picked up on the 15th but the carrier forgot to scan them in. Now the two defect we received from this day have knocked us down from top seller yet we did everything right on our end. I already appealed and they didn't accept either. I don't believe they are even looking at the appeals or reading the documentation they are just looking at the first scan and it looks like we scanned late. Please help. Thank you,
