eBay Confirming An International Delivery
Hello,
We had a package that was delivered to Canada on Wednesday 3/8/2023 by Asendia (Canada Post) but eBay has not updated the delivery tracking information on their end. It is now Thursday 3/30/2023 with the status dated on Tuesday 3/7/2023 that an attempt was made to deliver. Why is it taking ebay so long to update the delivery information?

Don't contact them unless they contact you.
And updating any online information can be erratic.
Once you have shipped, don't think about the shipment unless the customer contacts you.
Also, I use Canada Post constantly. They don't use private couriers. In fact many private couriers use Canada Post for last mile delivery, because they are cheap, efficient and deliver everywhere from Old Crow to Meat Cove to Galliano Island.
It seems Asendia was formed by LaPoste and Swiss Post so it may be part of the Universal Postal Union which Canada has belonged to for over a century and a half.
This article talks about both Canada Post and Asendia, but not as any sort of partnership.
