Ebay blocking the printing of label thru ebay !

Okay, I realize shipping costs went up today, that's bad enough, but now ebay won't even print the label. I click on print label, ebay takes my $$ for the label, then tells me to print, reads the label has printed, yet, at the top of the screen it reads "ebay block - has a circle with the slanted line thru it. Same happens when I try to reprint label, reads it's printed, yet has NOT printed. I've checked all my machine connections, I've updated my Mac and yet, I can't print the dang label. I have canceled the one they say has printed and I was charged for, but still, when I try to print a label, it tells me ebay is blocking. It's not like I haven't paid for it, my account is up to date. AI assistant is of no help. Would anyone be able to help me out ??
