Giant hassle happened last evening. I dropped off 15 packages at the counter of my USPS location and they scanned everything as delivered to a PO Box with the locations zip code. This effected 15 packages and I have 2 INR's opened already with people I have already explained what is going on. Is there a way to notify eBay corporate of what is happening here? I've had this happen a few times. Every time it happens I rush to contact buyers because a delivered scan from the carrier triggers a delivered email to the buyer from eBay. I just let them know the carrier had their scanner on the wrong setting and not to worry, their package will show scans as it makes its way to them. As for the open INRs - wait 24 hours to see if subsequent tracking scans appear. You may also want to contact CS through one of their social media accounts to go over...
