Downloading postage labels from phone app.

Hello,

I am having trouble with downloading postage labels to wirelessly print from the ebay app and through the chrome browser on my phone.

I can purchase the labels just fine, but when I go to view/download/print it tells me it either failed to download or just couldn't open. I tried multiple pdf apps, reader apps, google drive, one drive, etc. I ended up having to print from my pc (a generally slow, difficult, fiddly thing to do for multiple reasons, hence why I print wirelesslyfrom my phone when needed) without issue.

Is there a specific pdf app or setting I need to turn on/off? Is it just an app glitch?

Using a Samsung Galaxy s21+, android 11, ui 3.1
