Double Label Printing
I need some assistance or understanding. I sold an item where the buyer paid for the shipping. I printed the shipping label. I noticed I had not received my payment. I look further, it shows that 2 labels were printed, which I did not do! This has reduced my payment, I'm guessing. I have not received that. I am unable to find a customer support number or email address, if there is one.

I do want to add that the buyer pays you for shipping, and you are to use that money to buy the shipping label. The buyer never buys the label. Only you, the seller, can purchase the label.
Any labels you bought that have not been used can be cancelled.
As far as payment, generally money buyers pay you for a sale will process and be cleared to your account by the end of the next day. You can still use that money to pay eBay fees and for shipping labels purchased on eBay. You cannot withdraw it though.

Clarification is needed:
By not receiving your payment, do you mean that your funds weren't sent to your bank yet?
If that's what you mean, that's completely normal. As a new seller, your funds can be held up to 30 days. Ebay does that in order to be sure there's money to issue refunds should the transaction go south.
By "2 labels printed," do you mean that you printed to separate labels with different tracking numbers or do you mean that you printed the same label twice.
If it's the former, you can void one of the labels. It'll be about 15 days before the money is credited to your account as USPS needs to confirm that the label isn't used.
If it's the latter, just dispose of the second copy of the label. If both labels have the same tracking number, you were only charged once.

OPJul 9, 2026 at 8:17 PMThank you for the clarification. The labels have different tracking numbers. I was able to find out how to cancel the unused label. Hopefully, I will get that refunded. What I mean by payment is that I have not received the funds in my bank account. I will wait it out.

If you wait, most likley will get a late shipping defect and could possibly lose any seller protection we do have if the package is delayed

·Jul 9, 2026 at 8:03 PMSee if this will take you to you shipping labels purchased on eBay. If it does, find the label that you did not use and cancel it. You should get a refund in three weeks or so.
