Don't know if USPS will get my packages before or after the Jan 22nd increase, what date to print? | Shipping

I use a company in Canada that brings my packages to the US to be shipped by USPS. The prices are going up Jan 22nd and I can never know the exact date USPS will get them. Am I better to print labels for Jan 23rd with the slightly higher prices (is it a problem if they get them before the 23rd)? Or am I better to print labels for Jan 21st (is it a problem if they get them after when prices have increased)?Will either situation cause my packages to be refused? Thank you
