DOES ANYONE GET A LIVE REP.ANYMORE

I can't get in touch with live rep. I got billed twice for postage now need to refund one....ebay doesn't respond back and all computer no live person

This is automated and you don't need to call eBay. You have 5 days to void an unused label. Go to shipping labels to do this: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/seller-hub

Can't you just "void" the incorrect label?

as long as it is not scanned you should be able to

If it's USPS, the refund will take a few weeks for some reason......
