Do INRs still go to seller with EIS?

I think this one isn't going anywhere.

With EIS returns the seller gets no options just a notification that eBay is handling a return on your behalf.

I'm curious if INRs are similar or if I will need to add tracking to the INR. If so do I provide the EEUS tracking or my domestic one?

Once the seller has shipped the item to the eBay International Shipping (EIS) hub, and the EIS hub has confirmed receiving the item, the seller is no longer responsible for INR cases -- that is entirely on eBay.

If an EIS buyer attempts to go around eBay and tries to contact the seller directly, advise the EIS buyer to contact eBay, since eBay has assumed all responsibility for INR cases.
