OP3 weeks agoI’ve sent the seller several messages, but they haven’t responded. It’s been almost 20 days since I purchased this item, and it still hasn’t arrived. The estimated delivery date was September 10, but there is still no tracking information or update on the item.

·3 weeks agoPLEASE read our replies from yesterday and follow our instructions. If the EDD was the 10th, you could have opened an INR case on the 13th. Then, after you do that, you need to read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers.

·3 weeks agoIn the listing where you made that purchase, you saw an estimated delivery date. If/when that date has passed by one day, but less than 30 days, you can open an item not received case. The seller has to respond in 3 days by refunding. If that doesn't happen, you return to the case and ask eBay to step in. You will be refunded. Also, if you did not know about the MBG, you need to read it now. There could be important information there that you've missed.

Then go to the purchase in your purchase history and 1 day after the last estimated delivery date, file a Not Received case.
