Did the Domestic Shipping Time Change?
An order I received 4/13 gave me til 4/28 to ship. Is 2 weeks normal now? My last order did not give such a window.

·1 year agoThanks, that info helps. An EDD of 4/23-4/29 fits with what I said above if the seller historically ships in 2 business days.
With the system seeing Mon as the seller's only working day, it's counting forward 4/14 to 4/21 and assuming seller will ship in 2 business days as they historically do. Ship 4/21 and EDD is 4/23-4/29 even though their actual handling time is 3 business days which is 4/28.
Once they reset their working days to M-F it will clear up the problem with active listings and future orders. Their order from yesterday they can just ship as they normally do and buyer will get it earlier than expected.

·1 year agoGo to this page @kalyoth :
https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf/cutoff
Make sure you have M-F checked but not Sat/Sun.
Don't know what causes it, but every now and then it will change from the default M-F and check Sun exclusively - then you'll see crazy long ship by periods because eBay is counting Sun as your only working day to ship. In your case I think Mon might be the only day checked
That order placed 4/12 plus 3 working days (assuming Mon is checked) means tomorrow is the first working day and Mon 4/28 is the third working day. It fits.
I believe that will solve this for you.
Adding screenshot of what your page should look like, assuming you don't offer same day shipping and don't count weekends on working days. Also make sure the time zone is set to your own time zone.

OP1 year agoSomething new? Cause it didn't do that for orders before it on me.

·1 year agoI think the last time I saw it happen to someone was about a year or so ago - I thought eBay fixed it. Perhaps it's new in that an old issue has resurfaced? Even when it was happening, it wasn't very frequent. Don't know what causes it, but I do know how to recognize it when I see it and help those sellers quickly fix it.

·1 year agoAny seller's "normal" handling time is whatever they choose it to be. Your most recent sales are showing a handling time of 3 business days, so this might be just a glitch.
