DHL Parcel International says I do not have email address and telephone number on file.
My last order from Germany was cancelled due to not having a personal email address and phone number for DHL Parcel International. Shouldn't Ebay provide them with address, email, and telephone number? I reordered same item, but Ebay has nothing showing my order. I just don't understand what is going on. I paid in full for item and contacted the seller. She tells me (in German) that DHL cannot deliver without information. How is it that Ebay has no record of order when I go to their website? And why did I not hear from DHL directly? I mean, I have no way of submitting information unless they ask.

OP2 years agoI had initially placed order as a guest. Would that have something to do with the issue?

·2 years agoIt's possible that they ask for the informaiton on the customs form that the seller is filling out. (I've seen it on forms when I'm preparing shipping international labels (originating in the US) so I assume that a seller in Germany also has to input the info.
If the seller requested the information, why wouldn't you have supplied it?
