Simple Delivery and the affected app
eBay requires individual sellers to use its Simple Delivery (managed shipping) system, starting in early 2025, which allows them to enter the package dimensions of their items so that eBay can arrange shipping at a preferential rate. However, many sellers have reported difficulties in hiring a pick-up team or at the pick-up point, especially with the eBay app

If the problem is with the eBay app please provide more info here.
If the problem is with scheduling pickups directly with shipping carriers (not through eBay), I suggest taking that over to the UK discussion forum. https://community.ebay.co.uk
