Delivered, but not to me! Seller sent to the wrong person.
Has anyone had a seller ship your order to another address and recipient (which was confirmed by UPS), and the seller won't respond to messages? I can't claim it wasn't delivered, even though it wasn't delivered to me. I think eBay needs more options on the drop-down menu. There are far too many loopholes in the system.

·1 week agoThey got GPS tracking that show approximate area it was delivered if right by you maybe tough but if 5 miles away easy to show not delivered to u but to another address

OP1 week agoUPS told me it was not addressed to me. My name wasn't on the package either. UPS keeps good records. The USPS doesn't.

·1 week agoSounds like the fake tracking scam. Get the ups info in writing that it wasn't delivered to you. Then file a charge back with your payment source and state "fake tracking scam"

OP1 week agoThe seller just messaged me, blaming UPS. He claims he's sending a replacement order and gave me a new tracking number that shows it was mailed a day before I claimed I never received it! This just keeps getting better. Thank heavens it wasn't a 500 dollar item. I paid with my debit card, not a credit card.

·1 week agoIf you do not get your item you can get eBay to refund you. You just have to prove to eBay you did not get the item. A letter from you Postmaster should be enough proof.

·1 week agoYou are the victim of the fake tracking scam. By the seller saying they will send out a replacement, they are now attempting to drag you out past your 30 day MBG return window.
Since you paid with a debit card, I would suggest you file INAD to receive a return label, then mail back a letter from UPS stating the original item wasn't sent to your address. If you had paid with a CC, I would then say file a charge back
