Delay Shipping
Hello, I have a customer who has order product that is in stock on my store, but the customer has already reached out to me for me to order products for her. How can I delay the shipment until my products that she ordered come in this week?

·8 months agoYou have to ship within your stated handling time. If it's 1 day, you must ship. If they order 2 items within your shipping time, that would work. Cancel if paid, choosing buyer requested. Let the buyer know you are obligated to ship within your stated handling time or get a defect on your seller account.

·8 months agoYou can’t. Either send the item you have now or cancel the order until you have enough stock.
To avoid a defect, I’d ship the one you have and send the rest later.

·8 months agoYou could always cancel the initial order, citing 'Buyer requested'. The buyer can purchase again with the other stuff.
