Has the buyer opened a Return request? If so, you need to approve the request (which will initiate a return shipping label for your buyer to use) and refund your buyer in full only upon the return of your item. Another option is to refund without requiring a return of the item, which I don't usually recommend.
If the buyer hasn't opened a Return request yet, you don't need to do anything yet.
