Customer unable to buy because EIS international shipping not showing up as an option?
Hello, this is the listing. https://www.ebay.com/itm/257471170816
Customer in Singapore wants to buy. I am set up with ebay international shipping and not sure why this would be unavailable to them or if I have missed some deep setting I need to adjust? Thank you

You need to go to your "shipping preferences" page and click to enroll in EIS.

OP3 months agoAll fine and thank you. I guess what puzzles me is why are they shown the item at all, or why isn't this type of notice given to me or the shopper so I am not scratching my head and the shopper as well wondering what the heck? Just odd. Anyway, as long as it's not me missing a simple setting, just the international shipping universe is good to know. Thanks again.

·3 months ago@kingsriverboy The shopper must be looking at the ,com site (USA) and not signed in or they are using a USA address at first and/or they ARE given a warning when they try to purchase...it says 'this item is not available to you' (paraphrasing). It's NOT an EIS thing or Ebay thing... it's a 'buyer' thing.

·3 months agoThat item is unavailable to EVERY country except USA. Either you are not signed up fully with EIS or EIS has chosen to NOT include that item (they do that according to $ amount, seller history (that item is well over $500 with shipping etc.).
Same with your $4k suit, $5k knife etc.
Therefore, MANY of your items are NOT EIS.
