I had a customer purchase two of the same item that come in their own individual box when shipped. I thought it would make a shipping label for each item that was purchased but Ebay just combined the weights of both items, didn't change the box dimensions and only gave me one label. So the customer was charged $39 for shipping when it really should have been about $60. (~$30 each) I had to purchase the second label and ate $30. I'm assuming something is wrong with my shipping settings but I don't know what it is.
