combining shipping on international quantity orders
I'm just a little confused on the eIS shipping policy of not combining shipping, my buyer purchased a quantity of 2, the order details page shows 2 and they were both paid together. in my mind this counts as 1 order so I'm thinking they should be combined however searching the net I find the policy is to not combine the shipping so I'm guessing I should print 2 packing slips and purchase 2 separate shipping labels for this order? OP10 months agoas far as I can tell it's the same as a single quantity order just there's a red 2 up by the picture of the item, it doesn't say anything about combining or not combining the items and I'm guessing there's just 1 label but maybe it will print 2 labels when I click print, first time shipping multiple quantity items eIS so I don't know.
