Combining shipping of a second item when the first sale has already been concluded?
Hello. I had just sold an item and packaged but did not yet send it. The same buyer wrote me and said he is also wanting another similar item I am offering and would like to combine the shipping. I already checked and the including of the second item will not increase the shipping cost he already incurred. How do I or the buyer remove the shipping if he purchases the second item?
