Combined shipping when the buyer has paid for her items (6)
I have read through all of the information provided under "Offering Combined Shipping" and "Combining Shipping Fees " under that. I am not certain my buyer has paid for shipping, but I am going to assume she has, so I want to send her a partial refund, but I can never find where to get an Invoice to complete? I understand the rest of it- that I just create a shipping label from one of the items (although it won't be the right amount-ok?) but I still need to send her the invoice with the refund - Help!

·2 years agoI think you need to know whether the buyer paid the invoice or not. If they paid, there is no additional step to "complete the invoice". For example, you can go to your transactions list:
https://www.ebay.com/mes/transactionlist?sh=true
and the click on the order number (a 10 digit number XX-XXXXX-XXXXX). There you can see whether your buyer paid the postage or not. If they paid and they paid more than what you think they should have, you can simply send them a refund.

·2 years agoIf the buyer has already paid, you can't send an invoice.
If you want to send a partial refund, click Refund in the menu next to the item and select how much you want to refund.
