Combined shipping
Is combined shipping no longer a thing now? I have one vendor whom I have bought from in the past but now I am unable to get a combined shipping invoice from him.

-As a long time customer of that Seller have you reached out to them via eBay messaging?
-Depending on account settings and payment requirements an updated invoice cannot be requested from customers through the checkout process. The Seller may have changed how their business is set up.
-If you have inadvertently made some Guest purchases they are all considered separate transactions and cannot be combined for shipping nor merged with your account. We actually see this happen from time to time.
-If Sellers use the Auto-pay process on offers or auctions those require payment within an hour of an accepted offer or a winning auction bid. Updated invoices do not apply and sellers would have to combine purchases on their end and refund any shipping overages if they are so inclined.
In closing, I think the answer may lie with the Seller and reaching out to them might help resolve the issue or at least give you an understanding of what has changed and perhaps why.
