Charged for three labels for one sale

I'm having printer problems and I tried to print the label three times. Finally got a label, but was charged for all three. Went back in and deleted the two that didn't print. Still showing that I was charged for all three. What should I do? Thanks so much!

When your label messes up or doesnâ€™t print, just be sure to use â€œreprintâ€ or "print" and donâ€™t go near anything that says pay again.

Are you sure you got charged for 3 labels? That would only happen if you made 3 separate purchases. Or did you just try to reprint 3 separate times?

If you were actually charged for 3 labels, you can void the 2 you didn't use.

Canceling a shipping label

You have 28 days to cancel an unused USPS, FedEx, or UPS label purchased on eBay. It can take up to 21 days for the carrier to approve or reject the refund. If approved, funds will be credited to your original funding source.

eBay standard envelope labels can't be canceled once they have been printed. For more details, please see the eBay standard envelope terms and conditions.

Here's how to cancel a shipping label you printed on eBay:

Go to Track and manage your shipments in Seller Hub or Manage shipping labels in My eBay.
Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Cancel Label.
Choose your reason for canceling the label.
Select Send request.

If your QR code has been scanned at a participating drop-off point to print your shipping label, the label is considered used and can't be canceled.

Yes, I was charged. Instead of reprint, I must have just ordered two more. The previous answers told me how to cancel them, and it shows I did that correctly. Thanks for your response!.
