Charged for multiple shipping labels, only used one
Summary: terikl experienced an issue with being charged for multiple eBay shipping labels despite using only one. They contacted eBay support but were not refunded yet, despite being told the charges would disappear. bdmh-enterprises suggested canceling unused labels through the Seller hub, highlighting that refunds could take 3-4 weeks without notice.
Has anyone experienced being charged for multiple eBay shipping labels when they only needed one? I recently sold an item and ended up with charges for three shipping labels, though I only used one. The assistant suggested checking my shipping history and contacting eBay support to potentially get a refund. They also mentioned verifying the label creation process to avoid this in the future. Has anyone found effective solutions or experienced a similar issue? Any tips on dealing with eBay support regarding refunds for unused labels? I contacted them and was told once the label I used was scanned the other charges would go away but that has not happened yet.

·2 weeks agoCS was wrong as usual. You need to cancel unused labels. Go to Seller hub->Orders->Shipping Labels, find the order in question, click: Actions and choose Cancel label. It will take 3-4 weeks and the refund will be put back into your funds without notice.

OP2 weeks agoThank you for responding. I have tried to cancel the other 2 labels but when I click on it a message comes up stating that I can't cancel it.
