Changing to local pick-up after payment with shipping cost included

I listed an item with both ship and local pick-up options. Buyer purchased and paid for shipping. Buyer and I both want to do local pick-up. How do we change that without either of us getting a bad report from eBay?

You need to cancel the transaction, which will also refund. Then relist and let the buyer repurchase and choose the correct shipping. This is the only way buyer will get the pickup confirmation code to give to your before you release your item to them.
