Changing shipping label size
Good morning,
I have purchased a thermal printer that requires changing the label size to a 4x6 format. I was previously using an inkjet printer using the default 8.5 x 11 settings. Prior to the the recent change to the print your label page there was a link indicating "change" near the address where you could change the label size and orientation. I can't find this option now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

·2 years agoI used another method. I'd already created the label in A4 format. I was able to change it by clicking on "Print Another Label" (as if you were going to purchase another label). This got me to the page where I could enable "Advanced Shipping Options". Here you can click change and select the "4x6" format. Once this was enabled, I simply cancelled the new label purchase, and reprinted the existing label. When the print window opens it will take the "4x6" format.

·2 years agoA simpler option, that doesn't require too much editing, is just to grab whatever URL you have for the PDF Labels, and replace the URL query on the top URL
pageFormat=US_LETTER_1x2
to
pageFormat=US_4x6
ex .

and this can be done after selecting the shipping label and you can switch back and fwd between different sizes

·4 years agoHey @bluesky47. On the page where you print the shipping label, follow these prompts. Ignore step 2, the part about printing a receipt - I'm too lazy to do a new screenshot. These instructions will get you to the same page where you can adjust the size.
If you use bulk shipping instead of single label printing, you can follow these instructions on the page where you review the labels before paying.
