Changed tracking id after Product Delivered ???
hi there I need an expert from community to answer my query please !
I shipped the item and added the tracking ID into eBay system.
Item successfully delivered by courier service but after delivery I noticed that Courier company was selected incorrectly.
I changed the tracking to accurate company and tracking id, But Delivery status is still showing as pending even item has been delivered One day ago.
How much time the eBay system will take to sync the pending delivery status to deliver status ?

·1 year agoHi @rawalify , generally tracking updates within 24 hours. However because you're in Pakistan, it can depend on a variety of factors including whether or not the carrier is integrated with eBay and whether the shipping service offered end-to-end tracking,
If your tracking still isn't updated, please provide the tracking number along with the carrier and shipping service and I'll see if I can figure out where the issue lies.
