Can't Send International Shipping Invoice
Hi Everyone!
I had someone in Canada purchase 2 items from me yesterday. I went to send them a combined invoice, but when I clicked on the "send invoice" link this message came up: "Invoices can't be sent for eBay International Shipping orders".
I immediately contacted eBay and told them about the situation. After being on the phone with them for close to a half hour, they told me that I will NOT be able to combine orders and ship internationally. It's just how things are set up.
Has anyone else had this problem?

·1 year agoWhat you can do is set up automatic combined shipping rules. That will combine domestic shipping when buyer uses the cart if the items are eligible to be combined with eIS.
Sometimes items can’t be combined for reasons posted above, but also because items may be in different categories.
You cannot control whether eIS combines. Either eBay will combine and give buyer that rate and you can ship together, or eBay won’t combine and you’ll have to ship items separately.

Combined shipping
If a buyer purchases multiple items from you, the order will automatically be combined if it's eligible for combined shipping. There are several reasons why shipping can't be combined when sending items through eBay International Shipping. For example, combined shipping won’t be applied if:
If the buyer is paying import charges at checkout for some items and paying import charges on delivery for other items in the same order, the shipping won’t be combined.
Tip
Each eBay International Shipping order should fit in one package which meets the weight and dimensions allowed.
