Can't Print a Label
I had some items sell this AM. I printed the labels for the ones that paid before lunch and now need to print another.
I'm on "Buy shipping label" and everything looks good weight-wise, etc. When I click the blue "Buy Shipping Label" button, the screen just flashes instead of taking me to the label.
Something happened between before lunch and after lunch. Anyone else having an issue? It's not my brower as I've tried another one. I've been selling since 1996. This is not new to me.

OP5 months agoAnother person paid. And that label worked. It's just this order. Ground Advantage, same specs as the others. I'm going to have to take this one in to the PO and pay postage that way.

OP5 months agoActually - I figured out what the issue is. Yesterday's labels were all Priority Mail. The one I'm printing is Ground Advantage. Still won't print. I had another order pay overnight and that is Priority Mail. It prints fine.
So the issue is Ground Advantage labels.

Still no printing today. I tried switching between Advanced and Basic. Same results. I also tried printing at a neighbor's house. Same result.
No one else is having issues printing labels?

OP5 months agoI've since looked into it further. There is a 403 failed to load javascript error. So it's eBay.
