Cannot Choose QR Code When Purchasing Postage
I cannot choose anything but a printable label when buying USPS priority postage. I went to the settings and preferences, but I cannot choose anything other than the printable label dimensions. I have had 2 order so far that this happened to. I cannot get a QR code to generate.

·2 years agoWhat the heck I do not have a printer and have depended on the qr code option. The option stopped when I sold an item to be shipped to the authenticator I purchase TWO LABELS over $40 and am not refunded 3 days now. I can't affor to purchase another label hoping it works, HAVE TO DRIVE TO THE POST OFFICE AND SPEAK TO THE SUPERVISOR regarding this issue. ADD me to the list for having this issue PLEASE RESOLVE IT ADD THE OPTION BACK PLEASE. Click and ship option?

·2 years agoNot fixed as of 11/4/23. Just now I was forced to print a label for USPS Priority Mail with no QR code option.

is there another issue going on with this right now? I try clicking the QR code and printable label option and hit save but then it just goes back to printable only. I have used these QR codes for over a year now with no issues. Very confused why it won’t save the option.

·2 years agoyeah, happened to me too. I wasn't aware of the issue and purchased several labels outside of the post office before i realized they were not the OR codes, i had to return home and void out several labels and repurchase postage- i was able to get the codes from my computer but not from the phone app. It took some time to figure out what the problem was. As a seller, this ordeal caused me stress and inconvenience.

·2 years agoSame. I'll hit save after changing option to qr code and print label option but it won't stay/changes back to print label only. I just had to print all my labels.

Here is the chat reply...
"Alright, upon checking here I can see that all the USPS service cannot be purchased through a QR code. This is due to a possible bug here on our site. I know how important this is for you and I can assure you that we are currently working quickly to resolve this issue. I am now adding your account to one of the affected accounts for this concern so that we can have it prioritized."
Hope they get it fixed ASAP. In the mean time, you could try printing at the local library. Mine charges 10 cents a page.

OP3 years agoThanks for the reply! Luckily, I do have a functional printer. It just likes to wrestle with me from time to time, but I managed to print both of my labels. I just got used to the luxury of QR codes.

·2 years agoI'm still having this issue! I've run into this problem starting about 4 months ago. Luckly its not Xmas anymore but it is very frustrating to say the least! Screw it! I'll just go to Fed-Ex, LOL!!
