cancelled shipping label trying to get a refund can not get anywhere with ebay,

·8 months agoif you voided the label and it doesn't get used, you should receive your refund in 3 to 4 weeks.

You don't need eBay on the phone... it's automated. And the carrier does issue the refund, but it does take about 3 weeks. Seller Hub/Orders/Shipping labels. Find the label you want and use the drop-down menu to 'Void label'. Good luck.

USPS does.
Takes about 3 weeks.
Go to your order; click 'print another label
at the top it will say 'blah blah you already did- click here'
There, you can void
Then; wait the 3 weeks.
