Cancel shipping label

I paid for 2 shipping labels for the same item. I need to cancel the one I didn't use to ship the item with. When I go to my orders, I find the one I want to cancel, click cancel shipping label, and it says technical difficulties try again later. I've tried multiple times. I contacted the automated help service with no luck. Any suggestions?

I was wrong. I had shipped 2 items today. I misread the order numbers. I thought I seen the same order # twice. I was angry at the time & still an. A punk thief on eBay got a free phone from me. They froze my account until I issued a refund & paid for a return shipping label. I did some research, eBay will not hold the buyer accountable once refund is processed, even if you want the item shipped back. Lesson learned. Thankfully it was only $70. When I receive my last payout im deleting my payment options & my account. I refuse to sell with a company that doesn't hold both parties accountable. Ebay sucks mercari is better. I will do my business with them from now on. I plan on trashing eBay whenever possible. -1 out 5 ðŸŒŸ

Here is a link to closing your account, it is not instantaneous since you have outstanding transactions. However, you can still get the process started to recover your personal information from the site: Closing your account | eBay
