Can you sort your packing slips?
My inventory is VERY organized alphabetically. The listing titles for all my items are very organized alphabetically. The packing slips list items seemingly randomly. I often get orders with 10+ items. If the packing slip was alphabetized I could fill the orders so much faster. And I could record my inventory records much faster.

·3 years agoI asked for this YEARS ago. The packing slips don't print out at a random order. It's always by the order the items were sold. This is very annoying and wastes time on the days during the holidays where I sell upwards to 3 digits a day. It would be much faster if ebay made the sorting customizable by title, buyer name, quantity, shipping service, or even price.
It's just a given now that whenever I print out the packing slips, someone has to sort the slips in stacks before picking them and processing the order. Not efficient.

OP3 years agoI sitting here looking at an order with 38 items, all listed very randomly on the packing slip. This will add close to a half hour to sending out this one order. And it greatly increases the chances of making an error. Anyone else have any thoughts or solutions?

·3 years agoWhat I do is put a checkmark next to each item on the packing slip that I pull to mail. I even circle the number of items if they are multiples on individual orders. It's easier for me not to miss anything by doing both.
