You may be asking this question for an innocent reason but you don't mention why you want to do it.

In case you're thinking of ending a listing and selling an item off-site after taking advantage of the exposure you got from ebay, it's not recommended that you do so. Ebay monitors messages and if that's what they suspect is happening, they've been known to sanction members.

You canâ€™t create a label without a sale on eBay. You can print labels without a sale through USPS, Pirateship and PayPal.

Not through eBay because their label flow is tied to specific transactions. If you were thinking of trying to take advantage of the eBay discount on labels that won't work ...

I use USPS.com to create shipping labels on non ebay transactions.

The Click N Ship option at usps.com charges retail postage rates, whereas any other online source, such as going through PayPal, will charge the published Commercial rates.
