Sure you can, ................................. but as has been posted you really should not.
Some buyers have a preference as to what carrier delivers to them, and may have chosen to purchase from you based upon the shipping service offered.
Also, the price you see with USPS is the price you pay. (unless you make an error)(weight, size)
UPS/FedEX can have "surcharges" that will be applied later. May not end up less expensive.
If your listing says you ship with USPS you can’t use a cheaper or different service than what the listing states.
UPS and FedEx is not cheaper.

·2 years agoNot cheaper than what - USPS? That's not entirely true. eBay negotiated lower UPS rates a couple months ago and I find they are often lower than USPS on items 2# and up, depending on destination.
What I should have said from looking at different charges when I’m shipping, UPS and FedEx aren’t that much cheaper than USPS priority maybe by a buck or two. It does depend on where the item is going plus weight and size of the package.

·2 years agoIndeed. The UPS Ground rates have been rivaling USPS Ground Adv - often coming in lower than Ground Adv. Not by much, but even a little can make a difference.
Anybody else thinking of Office Space? Just me? haha

·2 years agoYou have to use the carrier advertised in the listing. If you offer UPS in your shipping set up then you have to ship UPS. If you offer USPS in your shipping set up then you have to ship USPS. If you offer the buyer a choice of UPS or USPS then you have to ship using the carrier the buyer chooses at checkout.
