Can I sell my product from Brazil?
I'm trying to register a product for sale on the site but I'm having problems with the shipping calculation. It gives the error "Shipping cost cannot be calculated since the item location is different from the website. Use flat rate shipping.".
My location is in Brazil, but ebay is only offering US shipping options. I wanted to try to understand how to fix this or if the problem is another.

OP3 years agoI already tried, but it seems that no matter what site I go to, nothing changes, because in the end I'm taken to https://www.ebay.com/sl/sell . However, I registered on the US site and I'm trying to use the BR site, does that influence?
Anyway, I've tried it in the US, BR and UK.

·3 years agoYour issue is your items are in Brazil and you say you’re registered in United States but your profile says you’re in Brazil. You can’t ship using USPS from Brazil. USPS ground is a service used to ship within the United States by truck. You need to use an international shipping service that is available to you in Brazil.

OP3 years agoAll shipping options that appear in the calculated shipping cost are not available in Brazil. In the flat rate cost there are some options titled X services outside the country, should this be the option I should use?
And about the national delivery option... With me being in Brazil, shouldn't I only have the international delivery option? Won't I have problems with that?

Hey @ebooksdiva! All the advice that you have given @carolina_m.gomes is accurate. They would have to create a new selling account that is registered on https://br.ebay.com.

OP3 years agoI created the account on br.ebay.com but I keep having this problem. I think I'm going to choose to use the flat rate shipping price, but about national shipping, it's still only showing services that don't have here in Brazil, so I ask again... if I put flat shipping and the buyer's shipping is national , will I have any problems because I am not in the US?
