Can Ebay International Shipping be used without listing an item?
I want to buy an item from a guy that lives in Italy. I want it sent to Ohio. Can he use Ebay's international shipping program if he does not list the item in Ebay? If so how can it be done? Thanks Vic

·3 months agoI hope you mean the item isn't listed on the .com site but rather .eu or .it, otherwise refer to what others have said. If so then no, eIS is only available for items located in the US or Canada being shipped internationally from those countries.

·3 months agoNo, the transaction has to be on eBay to use ebay's services ...and the program is for items shipping from the US to international destinations

·3 months agoEven discussing that in a message between you and the seller can result in suspension of both accounts!
And why do you think ebay would even consider giving you the benefit of international shipping when you can the seller are circumventing the site and policies?
