Buyers Calculated Shipping Amount Not Enough
My calculated shipping is $10.80 but Ebay charges the buyer $7.95.
I checked all the numbers and even the calculator gives this wrong number.
Where to report?

Can you try to make your package slightly over 2 lbs... I changed my weight on a package today from 2 lb to 2 lb 1 oz and it dropped what I had to pay from over $10 to around $7.95. If the address isn't rural then there is a new promotion that lowers prices if they are over 2 lbs.
(Maybe somehow your buyer got that discount but when you accurately weighed your package You lowered the amount)
You can also control in your settings whether the buyer is paying the discounted eBay rate or the retail rate you would have to pay at the post office.
