Please be aware I purchased over 240.00 $ in auto parts and received an empty box from Fed-Ex. Neither company has helped get my items or a refund of my money. I then filed a dispute with Discover and they declined to help with issue Ebay also has made no efforts to help. It looks like I am on my own be careful who you buy from on Ebay. Hope theres an honest company on Ebay.

If you filed an item not received case, they will deny it because you did receive something.
You should have file an item not as described case.
Since you filed a case with Discover, Ebay will not help now.

I wouldn't expect eBay to budge, but Discover is actually one of the few companies that has good customer service. I would reconnect with a human at Discover and explain that you were confused about the way to file a claim, and ask for their assistance in properly getting it resolved.

·2 years agoI am guessing you didnt read their feedback? LOTS of red flags. Was the box sealed? Did label have a weight printed? I guess it could get by the shipping company, but I would think a box with no weight would get noticed somewhere along the line. I'm sure I am going to get flack for saying this but did you open a item not as described case? I would send the box right back to them. I would contact ic3.gov . Not sure if they can do anything since the company seems to be in China.
