Buyer states item has never got to them. March 19 I dropped the package off at USPS. March 20 usps in possession of item. Tracking stopped March 25, USPS investigation open after buyer asked when they would get their item on June 4th. USPS stated it is in the buyers city but the tracking stopped as in the carrier may have never scanned it as delivered per usps response. So it may puddle jump until delivery update. I have messaged the buyer and get no response, well one word â€œThanksâ€. I asked if they have received or still have not received their item to let me know. No response till this day. Iâ€™m willing to offer a refund for INR. However I donâ€™t know what to if they donâ€™t respond. I did request them to open a INR case with eBay but they wonâ€™t. Funds are still stuck on hold and they wonâ€™t respond. What are my next steps. Donâ€™t want to get eBay involved as we all know where that will lead to. Iâ€™m stuck, didnâ€™t item get delivered or not? The buyer wonâ€™t respond. I apologize if I posted this on the wrong section.
