Buyer selects Media Mail when I don't give that as an option so I'm always losing lots on shipping.

I only offer "Media Mail" when I am selling a media item. I don't offer Media Mail on toys and other household items but when I go to print shipping label it almost always says: Buyer selected Media Mail so I have to change it to USPS Ground Advantage and lose a bunch on shipping each time. How do they always choose Media when I don't give that as an option? I'm losing a bunch on shipping almost every sale.

Buyers can only select what you offer...you need to clean up your shipping policies

You may want to check your settings........as you can see this listing has Media Mail..all your listings do.

As @wastingtime101 pointed out, you have that option on the listings that I took a peek at also. Change your settings and you'll be good to go.

May take a bit to go through and make sure you've corrected them all, but well worth the time to avoid any further complications.

@vettenut2 You need to double-check your shipping settings. Buyers can only choose the options you give them.

Are you using policies or do you set each listing up individually? You are welcome to post a screen shot or two of your settings.

Have you reviewed your listings recently? You are advertising Media Mail for toys. Edit: not just toys, but other items, too. So far I see Media Mail on every item I checked.
